Ruth Damys Orange is the founder and Managing Attorney of the Law Office of Ruth Damys, P.A. A Naples native of Caribbean heritage, Mrs. Orange is dedicated to providing skilled, compassionate, and results-driven legal representation to individuals, families, and businesses throughout Southwest Florida. She is fluent in Haitian-Creole and proudly serves clients from diverse backgrounds.
Ms. Orange earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, she served as Chief Justice of the Board of Advocates and was actively involved in the Student Bar Association.
With more than a decade of legal experience, Mrs. Orange has represented clients in family law, civil litigation, insurance defense, probate matters, landlord-tenant disputes, personal injury claims, and criminal defense cases. Her diverse legal background includes experience in both the public and private sectors, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the legal system and the strategies necessary to effectively advocate for her clients.
